Payment Page - Dinner
Instructions
1. Select the number of people you are paying for in one category
									(supplier, railroader, retiree). Be sure to select the meeting date and enter in the
									names of the attendees separated by commas.
									2. Click on "Add to Cart". A new window will appear. If you are finished, go ahead
									and check out, otherwise return to the payment page to add additional people for a
									different category (supplier, railroader, retiree).
									3. You can now add additional people of a different category and add them to your
									cart.
									4. When you are finished, click on "View Cart". If you would like, you can add your
									membership fees to your cart by visiting the Membership
										Payment Page or you can pay for future dinner dates as well.
									5. Verify that EVERYTHING in your cart is correct. Proceed to Check Out to complete
									payment.
									7. After checkout, you will be emailed a receipt.
